SPLC Videos
At the Student Press Law Center, I also made a couple of videos.
Mary Beth Tinker discusses the 40th anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District, which decided students do not shed their constitutional rights at the schoolhouse gates.
The SPLC also celebrated Constitution Day, which is Sept. 17. To honor the day, SPLC interns asked visitors of the National Archives and the Newseum to name the five freedoms of the First Amendment.
