Master pizza maker prepares perfect pie
Stefano Polles incorporates what he learned while studying pizza making in Italy at his family-owned pizzeria, Sorriso, in Cleveland Park in Washington, D.C. Polles teaches pizza making classes on weekends or whenever a client is available. The real key to the perfect pizza is practice.
